01How long does registration last?
In Brazil, 10 years from grant, renewable for equal periods.
02Can I use the mark while it’s pending?
Usually yes, but protection is weaker until it’s granted. A prior search reduces the risk.
03Do I need a company?
Individuals can also apply, within the INPI rules for their activity.
04Do you work across Brazil and abroad?
Yes. Work is done online across Brazil and includes international contracts and registrations for clients abroad.
05How do fees work?
