Fees depend on the service and how complex the case is. They are set out in writing after the first conversation, following the Brazilian Bar fee table, with no surprises along the way.
05Do I need to visit an office?
No. Everything happens online: video calls, document sharing and digital signature of the engagement letter and power of attorney.
06Is what I send kept confidential?
Yes. Everything you share is covered by attorney-client privilege and handled under Brazil’s data protection law (LGPD).
07Is the outcome guaranteed?
No. No lawyer can promise an outcome. Each case depends on the facts, the evidence and what the other party does.
